Baked giant beans
½ kg. 3alfa giant beans
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
1 teacup oil
1 water glass tomato juice or ½ kg. tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cubes beef bouillon
salt, pepper, parsley
Cooking method
Clean and soak the beans for 12 hours. Boil them until they soften and strain. In a pot, sauté the onions and the garlic in the oil. Add the tomato, a proportional amount of water, the 2 bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and parsley. Allow them to boil several times. Place the beans in a glass baking dish, pour on the sauce and place in the oven until they absorb the water
